Description

This Cream Cheese Chutney Tree is a festive, no-cook holiday appetizer that comes together in minutes! With a creamy base, sweet or spicy toppings, and a touch of rosemary for flair, it’s perfect for any party. Serve it with crackers for an easy crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese
  • 23 tablespoons Major Grey’s Chutney (or use pepper jelly, chili crunch, or your favorite jam)
  • Pretzel stick (optional, for the tree trunk)
  • Fresh rosemary sprig (optional, for garnish)
  • Ritz crackers or similar for serving

Instructions

  1. Slice the cream cheese diagonally into two triangles.
  2. Arrange the triangles with their backs touching to form a tree shape.
  3. Optional: Place a pretzel stick at the base to create the “trunk” of the tree.
  4. Pour Major Grey’s Chutney (or your chosen jam/jelly) over the top of the cream cheese.
  5. Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig to give it a festive, tree-like appearance.
  6. Serve with Ritz crackers or your favorite crackers on the side.

Notes

For a spicy twist, try using chili crunch instead of chutney! It’s a fun way to switch up the flavors for your guests.
