Instructions
Step 1: Marinate the Chicken
- In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lime juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add chicken thighs, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or up to 24 hours).
Step 2: Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce
- Grate cucumber and squeeze out excess liquid using a paper towel or cheesecloth.
- In a small bowl, combine grated cucumber, garlic, Greek yogurt, dill, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Step 3: Cook the Chicken
- Preheat the air fryer or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange marinated chicken in a single layer in an air fryer basket or on a lined baking sheet.
- Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
