  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2oz Real bacon bits
  • 1/4 cup Ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

  2. Wash and dry the potatoes. Drizzle them with olive oil, season with salt, and poke them with a fork. Bake in the oven for 90 minutes.

  3. While the potatoes are baking, prepare the chicken. Slice the chicken breasts in half. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
