Description

These charcuterie cups are the perfect bite-sized treat for any occasion. Made with a combination of cheese, crackers, dried fruits, and roasted nuts, these individual servings make your charcuterie spread both creative and convenient. Serve them for game day, parties, or as a fun treat at family dinners

Ingredients

  • Plastic drink cups or plastic champagne glasses (clear, ideally)

  • 14 Crackers (Raincoast crisps, Firehook crackers, or Mary’s Gone crackers)

  • 14 slices Manchego cheese, cut into triangles

  • 14 organic strawberries, sliced in half

  • 14 dried apricots

  • 1 Cup Roasted and salted cashews

  • Wooden board or serving tray for display

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cups:
Start by selecting your plastic drink cups or champagne glasses. These will serve as the base for each individual portion of your charcuterie cups.

  2. Layer the Crackers:
Place a cracker at the bottom of each cup. Raincoast crisps are ideal, as they are sturdy and flavorful, but you can use Firehook crackers or Mary’s Gone crackers for a clean, simple taste.

  3. Add the Cheese:
Place a triangle of Manchego cheese on top of the cracker. The nutty, tangy flavor of Manchego pairs perfectly with the sweet dried fruit and crunchy cashews.

  4. Add the Fruit:
Add a sliced strawberry for a fresh and colorful pop, followed by a dried apricot for a chewy, sweet contrast to the savory elements.

  5. Top with Nuts:
Add a small handful of roasted and salted cashews for crunch and a touch of saltiness, which will balance the sweet and savory flavors in the cup.

  6. Serve and Enjoy:
Once assembled, arrange the charcuterie cups on a wooden board or serving tray. Serve immediately or chill for a while before your guests arrive.
