  • 1/4 cup of lime juice (fresh or store-bought)
  • 1 teaspoon of lime zest (if using store-bought lime juice, add an extra teaspoon)
  • 2 cloves of fresh garlic, chopped or grated (or 2 teaspoons of garlic powder)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 to 2 pounds of beef flank steak (or substitute with London broil or chicken breasts)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the Lipton onion soup mix, oil, water, lime juice, lime zest, garlic, oregano, and black pepper.
