Best Breakfast Sliders Recipe

  • Author: Maria
  • Total Time: 40 minutes
  • Yield: 12 sliders

Description

Savor the mouthwatering combination of creamy eggs, crispy bacon, sharp cheddar cheese, and zesty ranch seasoning, all nestled between homemade sourdough slider rolls in these delectable ranch breakfast sliders.

Ingredients

  • 12 homemade organic sourdough slider rolls (or your preferred slider buns)

  • 12 pasture-raised organic eggs

  • 1 cup shredded grass-fed cheddar cheese

  • 12 slices organic uncured bacon without nitrates

  • 2 tbsp butter (for brushing)

  • 1 tsp ranch seasoning (optional, for added flavor)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Bacon: In a large skillet, cook the organic uncured bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels and set aside.

  2. Scramble the Eggs: In a bowl, whisk together the pasture-raised organic eggs, salt, and pepper. Scramble the eggs in a skillet over medium-low heat until soft and creamy. Remove from heat when they are still slightly runny (they will continue cooking with residual heat).

  3. Assemble the Sliders: Slice your homemade organic sourdough slider rolls in half. Place a generous portion of scrambled eggs on the bottom of each roll, followed by a slice of grass-fed cheddar cheese and a piece of crispy bacon.

  4. Brush with Butter: Place the top part of the slider roll onto the filled bottom part. Lightly brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with ranch seasoning for added flavor (optional).

  5. Bake: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the assembled sliders on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are golden brown.

  6. Serve and Enjoy: Remove from the oven and serve immediately. These sliders are perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a fun snack!
