  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 12 slider buns (such as King’s Hawaiian)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or sheet pan.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Cut the bacon into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until well combined.
  4. In the same skillet, scramble the eggs over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until they are fluffy and cooked to your desired consistency.
  5. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the bottom halves of the slider buns.
