- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 5 oz softened cream cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 30 phyllo pastry cups (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Drain and chop the artichoke hearts into small pieces.
- In a bowl, combine the artichokes, cream cheese, garlic, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, mozzarella, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Arrange phyllo cups on a baking sheet and fill each with about 1 teaspoon of the artichoke mixture.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown on top and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
