Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 5 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 30 phyllo pastry cups (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Drain and chop the artichoke hearts into small pieces.
  • In a bowl, combine the artichokes, cream cheese, garlic, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, mozzarella, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  • Arrange phyllo cups on a baking sheet and fill each with about 1 teaspoon of the artichoke mixture.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown on top and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
