Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • Thinly sliced apples
  • A sprinkle of cinnamon
  • Sliced bread, halved
  • Small pieces of Brie cheese

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and add 1 teaspoon of sugar.
  2. Add thinly sliced apples to the skillet and sprinkle with cinnamon. Sauté until the apples are tender.
  3. Slice pieces of bread in half and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Top each bread slice with small pieces of Brie cheese.
  5. Spoon the cooked apple mixture over the Brie-topped bread slices.
  6. Bake at 425°F for approximately 7 minutes, or until the bites are golden and the Brie is melted.
