  • 6 jalapenos, sliced in half and deseeded
  • 12 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 12 teaspoons milk or cream
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 scallions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Jalapenos: Slice the jalapenos in half and remove the seeds. Add them to a bowl with olive oil and toss to coat.
  2. Air Fry: Air fry the jalapenos at 400°F for 5 minutes. Let them cool slightly.
  3. Make the Filling: In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, milk, salt, pepper, cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon until smooth.
  4. Stuff the Jalapenos: Once the jalapenos are cooled, fill each one with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Final Air Fry: Air fry the stuffed jalapenos at 400°F for another 5 minutes, then top with sliced scallions.
