- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb bow-tie pasta
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 10oz cans tomato soup (or marinara sauce)
- Optional: 1/2 cup alfredo sauce
- Optional: 1/4 cup Rotel
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Everything seasoning or garlic powder
Instructions

Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Grease a 9×13 casserole dish.

Cooking:
- Brown ground beef, drain fat.
- Cook bow-tie pasta according to package instructions.

Seasoning:
- Season beef with everything seasoning or a mix of garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Casserole Assembly:
- In the casserole dish, mix beef, cooked pasta, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, tomato soup (or marinara sauce), alfredo sauce, and Rotel if using.

Baking:
- Top with additional cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

- Serve with a bag Caesar salad mix and Texas toast.
