Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb bow-tie pasta
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 10oz cans tomato soup (or marinara sauce)
  • Optional: 1/2 cup alfredo sauce
  • Optional: 1/4 cup Rotel
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Everything seasoning or garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preparation:

    • Preheat oven to 375°F.
    • Grease a 9×13 casserole dish.
  2. Cooking:

    • Brown ground beef, drain fat.
    • Cook bow-tie pasta according to package instructions.
  3. Seasoning:

    • Season beef with everything seasoning or a mix of garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Casserole Assembly:

    • In the casserole dish, mix beef, cooked pasta, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, tomato soup (or marinara sauce), alfredo sauce, and Rotel if using.
  5. Baking:

    • Top with additional cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
    • Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
    • Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  6. Serving:

    • Serve with a bag Caesar salad mix and Texas toast.
