- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

- Brown the ground beef and drain the fat.
- Cook the bow-tie pasta according to the package instructions.
- Season the beef with everything seasoning or a mix of garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In the casserole dish, combine the beef, cooked pasta, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, tomato soup (or marinara sauce), alfredo sauce, and Rotel if desired.

This was easy! I did have to use 2 cans of tomato soup as my cans were only 10oz size, but otherwise the ratios and timings all seemed spot-on to me. It was really delicious straight out of the oven. We’ll see how the rest of the house likes it leftover. (I rated down one star only for the ambiguity on the volume of soup needed since “1 can” is subjective, but really it’s a 4.5!) Thank you!
