- 16 oz Velveeta Cheese cut into cubes
- 1 10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilis
Instructions
Slow Cooker:
- Place all ingredients in the slow cooker.
- Cook on high 1 hour.
- Mix well and serve with your favorite tortilla chip.
Stove Top:
- Place all ingredients in a medium sauce pan.
- Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Mix well.
- Keep on low until ready to serve with your favorite tortilla chip.
