Description

Discover the simplicity of our Two-Ingredient Pumpkin Muffins, made with just Betty Crocker spice cake mix and 100% pure pumpkin. These moist and flavorful muffins are the perfect autumn treat.

  • 1 package of Betty Crocker spice cake mix
  • 1 can of 100% pure pumpkin

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the entire package of Betty Crocker spice cake mix with one can of 100% pure pumpkin. Note that the mixture will be thick; avoid adding any extra water or liquids.

  3. Scoop the batter into 12 muffin cups, filling each one.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the muffins are fully cooked and have puffed up.

Notes

The batter will be thick. This is ok! Don’t add water!
